About Us

For almost 20 years Capital Software Romania is developing IT solutions and provides specialized support to the Capital Markets using Oracle technologies!

  • Our climb begun in 1998 when Capital Software Romania developed ISSF-Office 1.0.0.(Inteligent Software for Securities Firms), the first back-office solution for spot markets, complete with: frontoffice, backoffice and accounting capabilities.
  • Constantly upgrading our service we managed to keep our application suite up to ESMA, ASF, BSE and DC requirements. Currently all financial instrumenet types present on the capital market of Romania can be managed in ISSFOffice.
  • In 2005 we integrated ISSF-Office with derivative instruments from Sibiu and, shortly after that, with BSE.
  • In 2007 we added to ISSF-Office the posibility to work with external spot markets, on many currencies.
  • 2009 brought our application portfolio into the realm of online trading with the development of our own trading platform which integrated both BSE and SIBEX services.
  • In 2012 ISSF-Office made the move from nominal accounts to global accounts.
  • The ASF/2015 6th norm, FATCA and CRS were developed in 2016.
  • In 2017 we implemented MiFIDII.
  • We've grown up alogside BSE.
